Dr. Shane is great to work with! He is knowledgeable and was very nice and patience to answer all my questions. I was having some trouble with finding insurance information at the time, so I paid by credit card for the exam. Later when I was able to get my insurance information Dr. Shane worked with me to get me the reimbursement. Even though it was more work for him he was happy to help without a single complaint.
